What a beautiful sight to greet one entering the house! Love that red Potinara - pity if it were virused.
The growth looks good and healthy but the other signs are not good, it looks like a mild colour break infection, but before destroying give it a thought, in nature plants are co-existing with viruses. If the plants are kept healthy without any stress they will grow nicely without any symptoms. There is more and more evidence about RNA mediated Virus inactivation in plants, so may be it automatically gets rid of the virus!! But anyways I would isolate it. I also have a product, a natural organic antiviral preparation made from plant extracts, which helps a lot. Heres a link.
Perfekt India - About Perfekt
I have been using it as a preventive for a long time, it also improves micronutrient absorbility and general plant health. I don´t know if it can be available in the US or UK, but may be something similar.
Unfortunately I would have to agree with Amey the flowers do look like they suffer from colour break virus.
