I also recently acquired one. I was told that it was "at least" 5 years old already, and would probably bloom in a year. Glad I'm not raising one from seed at that rate! Mitch, yours is gorgeous!!!

Thank all of you for your kind comments. There is a little story behind this one that I won't get into. I'll just say I got to hand pick this one from one of the largest orchid growers in the U.S. and it appears to be an exceptional choice.
