Beautiful shots! I love this species--it stays small but makes such a showy inflorescence. I've had mine in the same 3 in clay pot since I bought it four years ago.
Thanks for the message link Paph. Indeed hooray for toms input, sounds like some pretty important advice on this orchid. Will definetly keep note of that one! Couldnt bare to miss that spectacular show up top and have to wait so long for another 50/50 chance. Shall go for the cork mount strategy since the dry root v moist root plays a significant role.
Its great that our own learning curves, whatever extent, can be past on and increase the odds of avoiding disappoitment for the new grower/ first grow attempt!
