Hey,
The plant has good roots and is doing fine. I don't like to leave flowers on single growth Paphs for very long after opening. I wait until I have a several strong growths until I let them bloom for extended periods.... Just my preference.

I have always loved this form of Paph concolor. Thanks for sharing... But most of the drain on resources and potential stress to the plant has already occurred, as long as you don't let it try to mature a pod. Maintaining the mature flower for a few weeks is a tiny effort for a healthy plant by comparison to getting it to that point. 95% of the cost for 10% of the benefit if you remove the flower now, but your choice of course. I'd just hate to see some heartbroken newbie get the impression they have to sacrifice that first flower they obsessed over for months.
