This looks promising...
Fellow Filipinos here might recognize this. It is a 'Duhat' tree.
I'm not clear on the details, but somehow I acquired a seed and I planted it just to see if it grows.
One year later, here it is. I plan on trimming it as a small shrub for now so that I can move it to the greenhouse during winter.
Once it is robust enough I can plant it permanently outdoors and let it grow full size.
You might have also noticed the 'Sampaguita' jasmine beside it.
