Hi y'all -

These are a few photos I took - very quickly - with my trusty old Canon Powershot point-and-shoot - of my big Christmas present - a road trip to an orchid nursery. Talk about fun! I wanted one of everything. I'm not trying to caption the individual flowers, for the most part, since my mind was overloaded with info at the time and I can't recollect the names of everything I saw. The fuchsia Ascocenda (I think that's what they called it) has won an FCC at some point - I really couldn't capture its magnificence.
