Watering Phalaenopsis

Jen, i know what you mean. I recently re-potted my phala in a plastic pot with holes on the side and most of my medium in the pot is bark. Today is my 4th day and I can't hold out any longer.....I'm going to water it. It is so dry. Also, I have my a/c running most of the time with the heat so i don't know if that dries it out more. My leaves are still sturdy and looking healthy but the roots look almost white. I can see one root with a green tip.

every plant will be different , pot size , medium used etc.... I personally liked having my momet to tell me when they need watering when I first started i over watered a lot of Phals.... Now they are thriving

Momet? Silly question......what's that? I did water my phala today and the roots look green again. I think for me its a matter of learning what is dry or too dry.
