    Ron, the white spots on the leaves, some louse?
    I think it's normal, that the colouration change. I've did observe such phenomenon on my plants too.

    Im glad some "blokes" out there would fight over it,

    @Mietek,
    those are some older insect damages and lichen i believe, as this plant was in heavy shade before.
