Aerides lawrenceae x Ascda Roslyn's Best
Lately I have been trying to collect intergeneric vandaceous crosses. Last year at one of the orchid shows i came across this plant at one of the stalls with only one shrivelled flower, the rest of the buds had dried up or dropped off because the plant had come all the way by train from Bangkok.It was the last day of the show and I got it for a pittance.
This is the first rebloom in my place and I quite like it. Thrips have got at the blooms and caused a few blemishes on a couple of the flowers.
