by the way can anyone tell me how to delete stuff after posting or is that a no no ?

So glad the info on mac photos was helpful - don't worry about the "accidental" photo. After you post something, at the bottom, there will be three boxes on the lower right - "Edit Post" "Reply" and "Reply With Quote" - click on "Edit Post" and you'll see how you can delete and otherwise change things around.
