Agree, no need to describe. this one is a Beauty!!
However, I'd like to ask you if there is any secret how to bloom this Den? I bought this species about two years ago blooming with one spike. The plant had a disease and needed a treatment, though. It looks OK now, but does not bloom.

Hi Natalie congratulation you manage to help the plant there's no secret for your information they are 2 type of farmeri deep purple and light, the deep purple though very beautiful is very lazy as compared to light one like mine this is the second time blooming for this year. Maybe give more light keep the plant relatively dry and cool night will influence the flowering. In the wild I noticed the atmosphere especially at night very cool growing at the level of 500 meter from sea level maybe I would say the temperature is 21 to 22 degree Celsius.

Yes, I have a small plant. I am hoping it will bloom for me soon.
