Six month old bloomers are my kind of orchids. Love all that color. Do you grow on the intermidate or cool sde? Please give a idea of temperatures for maximum health and blooming. Thanks in advance. AL
Thanks Connie and Al.
I grow it in the GH with my Cat, without full sun of course, in intermediate conditions. It is potted with sphagnum (80%) and small bark, most often kept wet. The lowest temperatures in the GH are 12-14°C (54-57°F) at night in winter.
Since a few months, I put it in the winter garden (temperatures from 18 to 25°C, 64-77°F) and buds are coming out sequentially on all pseudobulbs.
That's a beautiful dendrobium. And great photography as always! Does it have a fragrance?
