I agree with Angelas suggestion about using physan. I do use physan 20 on roots when repotting.

Well I just got back from Utah and got a nice surprise! When I left I only had three spikes on my Oncidium, now I have 7! They sprouted up in the three days I was gone! I am a very happy camper now, 2 spikes is the most I've ever gotten from this orchid.
