I don't think it is webbing it is more like fuzzy -which I only noticed last week....

So, this is how the roots look like... When I took it out of the pot some roots just feel off, to me the other ones still look like when I re-potted it from the moss or is that what near dead roots look like? I have physan so roots have been treated in a weak solution and will now rest on the humidity tray for a few days as Dazed suggested with daily spritzing...

If you squeeze the roots and there is no body to them, in other words they feel like little hollow straws, then they're dead and need to be cut. No sense of keep them if there just taking up space in the pot. Plus I've been told that when you cut em it encourages the plant to spit out new roots. Hope that helps.

Well, that would be all of the roots except for a few....

I decided to take (Miltonidium Pacific Waters 'Pauls Pride') out of the pot as well to check - because the new leaves just stopped growing... and the roots are the same there all hollow...

So, with weeding of dead roots, some stuff for the left over roots, and re-potting... There is a chance for these guys to survive?? With very few to none roots it would work to pot them again?

You could have zero roots and they would grow, as long as you still have something on the top half to spritz. They will absorb what they need through the leaves, and eventually put out roots. I spazed out a bit when I got my first one that needed a total haircut but it's still around nearly a year later, if I can get it to bloom then I did a good job. Well, here they are with new haircuts, roots treated K.L.N. (the few anyway...), and freshly re-potted in lava rocks. Forgot to order a smaller pot for "Twinkle" so packing peanuts in the bottom of the pot....
