Is not the alba form still got red patches on the lip thanks Paul.

Yes Bruce I still remember you bought this species almost about a year and you showed us the plant too if I'm not mistaken the specimen was matured enough just a matter of time to bloom, looking forward you photo when in bloom, thanks.

I am having this plant and potted in the same way you mentioned. I have to wait few more years to bloom, because recently affected with fungal infection and went near to death, now its started producing new growth.
