mushrooms on my orchid media

Hey- this mushroom is coming out of the bottom of my Laelia Finckeniana. Read several posts and can't decide if this is a good thing or a bad thing.

I have never heard of it being harmful but it can be unsightly. I get them in other plants but have yet to get them in my orchids. Only fungus i encounter is the white cotton-y type, think id rather have the more decorative mushrooms lol.

In my opinion, I think is a indicator of a good eco system as in their natural environment, mushrooms and orchids thrive and live together. I have a few mushrooms growing with mounted coelogynes and I leave it as is and don't seem to have caused any impact.

would mushrooms be all that bad for orchids if not you could harvest them and have a nice meal 2 for the price of 1
