    I would place a humidifier near the recovering Vanda. that probably could give the right conditions for it to put out new roots. If the RH is too low probably it will start dropping leaves.

    So far you done quite a good job to me I prefer if you can grow him in basket as vanda roots they dont light in a wet condition they prefer in between watering to be dried my suggestion just spray with fungicide as the roots is very unhealthy.
