@raybark: That was my Major Mistake...Getting too excited to repot the Phal. I have to control myself next time. and wait until I see some root growth before repotting them. (another lesson learned along the way). Thanks Raybark.

I've never tried it either and it's a bit difficult to get here (only on line). On the other hand, I don't have any Phalaenopsis that I like so much that I'd love to have keikis from.
