A believe the name is now, Trichoglottis atropurpurea.

Zainal, sorry to butt in; hope you don't mind. After seeing your post, I take a look at my baby Tricoglottis brachiata and find similar problem with yours. Thanks for your sharing. Will try to cure the plant as recommended.
