Your plant looks great. I have Phals that grow horizontal, I just stake the spikes up - they start up pretty well anyway. Some people mount them, but for now I'd just let it do what it wants. In fact some people mount them with the crown pointing downward and they do great and don't get water in the crown - the spikes are allowed to grow downward and out and they look great.
Here is a picture of my Phal Black Jack getting a soak in the sink. I think you can see it grows sideways and is a big, old, happy plant!

I don't think I have ever seen a phal that grows straight upwards.
sorry guys to ask,... there is a black root (on first phal),.. is it ok not to cut it?

What is the texture? If it's hollow, mushy, icky, I'd cut it off. If its just dry and dead, I don't worry so much. If its normal texture and blackish, I don't know what's going on.![]()
