I have a few Phal orchids that I purchased while they were currently flowering. I wanted to know when the best time to repot them from the plastic container they came in into an orchid pot. The roots look very healthy. Should I wait until it's done flowering to repot into an orchid pot?

Also, if I do not cut back the spike when it drops all of its flowers, will it re-flower on the same spike again?
