Unsure of next step...

[New Orchid Lover]

Hi Everyone,
As you can see from my photos, my orchid seems to be doing well (I've had it for 5 years). I recently re-potted it into a bigger pot because the top of the plant was tipping with the old one, even though I put some gravel on the bottom to stabilize it. It has a new leave coming out and more roots too but it has not flowered this past year. It was flowering twice a year before that. Am I doing something wrong? Is the pot too big for it? Thanks much.
