Geoff, I've had a number of looks at this & checked my pics plus pics from many places. I don't want to be the bearer of bad tidings but this is a L. xgouldiana, not an autumnalis. Somewhere along the line, labels have been mixed up.

Of course I accept that the two are so similar they are often confused. Butif you check what is written in IOSPE, and what is said about how to distinguish them there, and compare with my plant, I thinkyou may agree that I have got it right. Of course I had the advantage of having the actual plant when a I did that !

Actually, I must agree with Roy; it really looks like gouldiana.
