That is the same plant, that's why...
Yes, the natural hybrid is Paph. henryanum x Paph. barbigerum var. lockianum (more correctly known as Paph. coccineum)... the Paph. henryanum influence would bring out a spotted dorsal sepal, ans some size. The leaves of that plant are also typical of Paph. helenae... still a very nice and healthy plant!
