I came home today and found it still on the Phal. I think I have a new pet! She has a little fuzz on her rear end. Maybe its a fungus that is killing her, and thats why she is not keen on going places. Poor thing.

I assumed the fuzz was pollen. Maybe not.

Yours is a "regular" ladybug, Tindo.
Notice the yellower color & multitude of spots as Julie pointed out as well as the coloration of the head & thorax. On the ladybug [beneficial] the head is typically black where as the nonbeneficial Julie posted have heads and thorax colored the same as the carapace over the wings.
Wow, and to think I just released 1,500 l'bugs in my screened enclosure....
