I am much more appreciative of this species now that I own one that has wallisii as a parent. Very very pretty, and I think more limey green than I initially thought. Maybe someday...

Heather, I knew you would change your mind soon, remember roth? You now have 2! LOL!!!

I don't remember seeing spots in side the wallisii pouches, just around the rim of the pouches is all I remember. Maybe at the very bottom of the pouches, not so sure. I do remember caudatum pouches had spots on the inside.

Oh sure, dredge up that embarrasing moment!
How long was that, like a day? This has taken a lot longer for me to recant...and still not *quite* there yet - need more serenading!

I remember it wasn't a day, it was a matter of few hours!

Jason, what clone wallisii do you have? Mine is 'Hales' x self. Just curious. Thanks!

I'm going to be technical and assume you mean parentage. The parentage behind my plant is unknown, but I liked it so much that I gave it a clonal name 'Golden Dragon'.

Thanks and yes I meant parentage! And very appropriately named, I like it!
