!*&!! Bugs - ID assistance required

Ah! Thank goodness for this thread. Just the other morning I found a couple of little bugs like this on one of my dends (luckily it has its own windowsill and no close neighbors to share with.) I grabbed a cotton swab and dipped it in alcohol and wiped the little critters off. I inspected the rest of the plant but didn't see any more signs of them... I will keep an eye on it and my others and invest in some neem oil!

I have found they seem to be particularly attracted to a plant that is not perfectly healthy. And, I've been using insecticidal soap with some success. Have also used neem and even alcohol in a spray bottle. Seems to just be a fact of life!
