    Well all this sounds great! I hope that this new decade which I'm about to experience, come next year, will be better than the one I leave behind. Most things come to you in your thirties: success in your work, kids...I only hope I can look back, just like all of you, and think....the best is yet to come!

    Thanx people! I had a really great time, I made dinner for my hubby, my sister and my parents and we had a blast. I also got 3 new phals...well lucky me!

    Yes, I know! Actually, my hubby bought me this beautiful phal...Had some lindenii candy stripes and it was huge, but just 2 days later, its 3 bottom leaves wrinkled and died! I knew what was coming...either the plant had been left outside in very cold weather (this past week we've had temps down to 0C -32F) or the shop kept its plants in a non heated room during the nights, which I find *very* unprofessional. I guess florist shops treat the phals as merchandise for Valentine's day and not too many people know how to take care of them.
    Anyway, I wrapped it up again and complained to the store for the condition of the (overpriced noid) phal and changed it with a cymbidium, which I know will have no problem dealing with low temps...I'm not taking any chances with another uncared for phal!
