Just for the record, the customary thing to do is...
1. wine-ing at home = "chateau le card-board";
2. dining out = Aussie Wine;
3. trying to impress someone who doesn't know how to appreciate anything about wine = French Wine;
4. spending a sunny day at the beach = white Aussie wine (or beer);
5. trying to impress a client who thinks they know about wine = NZ Sauvignon Blanc
6. romantic afternoon cosying by the fire = Red Aussie Wine!
2-6 are bottled!
there you have it folks! Have yourself an Aussie wine-ing experience... either that or drink loads of beer!![]()
Since only 2-6 are bottled and wine-ing at home = "chateau le card-board", so that means Tim-O, you have a moonshine operation on your backyard? Brewing ready-to-drink Le Chateau au Card-Board straight from the bucket for oversea visitors?Originally Posted by bench72

Tim-O has expertly outlined his program, but he's summarized only. There are actually two parts to each of his numbers. For each instance that he's described, you first pour the wine, admiring its legs and color, and then breathe its aroma. The second part is the sip (repeat the second part as necessary.)
So really what we have is our own 12-step program...much more my speed!

I'm almost positive that "good o' Arkansas Wine" is an oxymoron....Originally Posted by Brutal_Dreamer
