Very nice, Ruxandra! Judging by your pictures, I suspect it is much warmer in your country than where I live. What was the temperature the day you took the pictures?

Any idea what type of lizard that was in pic #4?

Those pics are great Ruxandra. The berries are so vibrant. I think the lizard is a Balkan Green Lizard, one of the lacerta group, but will have to double check to be sure.

Thanks for the pics Ruxandra.Romania is truly lovely in the autumn and the chrysanthemums too remind one so much of autumn, apart from the beautiful colours of nature.

I answer a bit late to your questions:
Pavel: it`s a beautiful autumn with high temperatures. In the day that I took the pictures I think they were about 18 degrees Celsius. Usually, at the begining of November we can see snow.
Yew Sung: Chrysanthemums are specific in Romania in this time of the year, there are a lot of different sorts, with many beautiful colors.
In the day that I took the pictures that you already saw, I took other pictures too, some of them I show you below.

very nice thread...great pics...Ruxuandra...there are years that we also have some snow already but the days have been nice here as well with frost at night.

It will not be long before we need a winter picture thread.
