The amethystoglossa in the above photo was a monster. The plant was close to 4 foot . Sometimes people don't realize just how tall bifoliates can be.
When I walked into the hall the fragrance was powerful.

Maura, I would if there were so many interesting orchids for me. Better ask me the question when I come back from the Redlands I am not sure about ribbons, though
