    Default Schomb Undulata

I should not have let this plant bloom this year as it was a bare root last year. But when it spiked I was far too curious and I let it go. Only got a few flowers but they are pretty.

The plant isn't big right now but has the potential of becoming a big boy the spike is about 36". I have a couple on my palms that are quite big and another climbing out of it's 12" basket. They are big husky plants not for the windowsill grower, unless you have really really big windows.

Cin, I take it this isn't the one Aaron attached to your palm in exchange for the artwork? When I move to FL, I'm going to have schombs on all my palms! Wish, wish!

Interesting colour combination. I like the way the stem is pink too.

They are pretty, Cin! I love the schombs but just a couple of mature plants would occupy my entire grow space!

No this is not Aaron's schomb, that one was pulled down by one of our nasty raccoons but is now reattached and happily growing new roots. I hate Raccoons
