Smile Lots of pictures from my collection!

Okay, yesterday I finally got around to taking pics of the rest of my orchids including the new additions from this weekend. I put a quarter in each pic to try and give you an idea of the size. I will post my newest arrivals first and then go from there. Only two are in bloom, but I will post them here anyway.

Encyclia randii x sib in spike with the neatest purple pseudobulbs:

Encyclia rufa x Encyclia cordigera double spikes, very lovely bloom:

Epi. alatum x Encyclia bractescens with 3 spikes:

Lanium avicola, don't really know much about this plant:

Notylia tsidachne x barkeri has two bloom spikes:

Oncidium variegatum var. lobbii 'Snowflake', looks a little like a green tumbleweed:

Schomburgkia albapurpurea in spike, mounted on a large piece of wood:

Schomburkgia exaltata, not sure what the bloom may end up looking like:

I will post more in a bit once I get it all organized.

Shazam! All very nice! You should post your grow list in the members grow list area. That area cannot be replied to by anyone but you, but everyone can read it. That way you can keep a list of all of your orchids, etc in a safe place. The forum here is backed up every night and we have double hard-drives to protect the information so it *should* be safe.

    Cheers,
    BD

Thank you! I will do just that in a bit. It took most of Sunday and part of today to photograph, edit, and upload all those images...whew!

Thanks for your help with posting them!

Those look like they're really gonna be spectacular.

The only two cents that I can add (seeing as though I've never grown any of these genera), is that your coryanthes and stanhopea shoud be in baskets because their spikes emerge from the bottom of the plant (from what I've read). I'm sure the more experienced members here will be able to give better info.

Waaw! Great to see all your plants, must be quite a job to take pictures of all of them.
I like the flower of the Enc. cordigera!
Would love to see the flowers of the first pictures... (which are in spike now)

    Well done!
