    Smile Spring Garden

    Spring seemed a long time coming this year. At last some flowers have appeared. These were taken after a light shower. The first is Dicentra formosa, the second a wallflower and the third is Magnolia stellata.

    Oh yes, the magnolia! Gosh I love those. They don't love me though. The pollen is unbelievable.

    BEAUTIFUL !!!! I haven't seen wall flowers since I moved south, used to grow them in my other life.

    Your wallflowers are doing well, I don't know whats happened to mine. I love the scent.

    i'm a big fan of bleeding hearts, mum has a big one and a couple smaller ones that sprung up around it over the years. i keep trying to start seeds myself but have no luck, we want to get a white one too.
