This is the first blooming for me, and of course I broke the spike a few weeks back (I seem to be doing that a lot lately). But who can resist such a beautiful color combination and unique shape. I REALLY like this guy.

It looks like a cross between an Epidendrum and a tropical fish, I LOVE IT.

Clint, your Flame Thrower looks like it could take full sun, some high potency fertilizer and most likely a winter rest (in Ibiza or Mykonos that is)

Clint--every time I see him, it just makes me laugh out loud. For his sake, I hope he saved the drinking until the end of his little roller-blading glam-fest. Drunken near naked blading could lead to some serious road rash.
