    Thanks for the nice comments , he is spoiled , wants to be fed at a certain time I got his sister today will look for another male betta , blue ,if I can find one that is not puny .. up to 2 tanks now oh ooo, in Calif. I had a 55gal a 40 gal. a 20 gal and several 10 gal ... Gin

    He is a beauty. I love Betta splendens but only have a large community tank. I know they prefer to be kept on their own. I do keep Betta pugnax which is bigger but not very colorful.

    Beautiful red betta!! I've had many bettas in my time, and I always enjoyed their personalities immensely...they have a much more interactive type of behavior as opposed to goldfish which always appear to just swim around aimlessly You have a ton of tanks too!! Holy cow, that must be one heck of a tank maintenence job!

    I did have that many tanks in California, not now , just the 2 hex tanks from a box store . Don't want to get into that many... to many plants lolol ..
    Dragonn not heard of a pugnax learned something new Gin
