Is that Mylar you've put up on the wall behind your light stand? I've thought of doing the very same thing.

It was nice to return home after afew days away and see that the cats didn't try to get into the plants. The little Pinocchio that I purchase afew weeks ago had opened up.He is a little guy, with another bud starting to swell. The large one in bloom Paph. Beechense #1 x Paph.Hsinying Magic 'Voodoo' I have abunch of differnt pic's of this one. The plants not in bloom are Limelight' White Knight' x (Green Heron x Makulialba) 'Sarin' and Double Deception (Venustum 'Bltant' x Sukhakulii 'Emerald'. Would anyone have a pic of either of these two?? If anyone has any pointers, I'm all ears. Thanks,Rich

Hi Rich,
I checked my OrchidWiz software and neither of your two orchids that have not bloomed were in the database (with a photo anyway.) Sorry.
They all look happy in your photographs, though.
Cheers,
BD
The reflective material is NOT Mylar, from what I was told Mylar isn't user friendly and can not get wet(misting or overspray) I went to a Hydro-store and talked with them about what I was doing,They did have Mylar there, the reflective properties of this material is very close to Mylar. While I was there I had to pick-up a couple of T-5 lights w/reflectors.I'm sure there is afew neighbors wondering what I'm doing !!!! I live in a apartment.Everything is Good. Bruce, thank you for checking.Maybe someone out there might have a Pic.
I heard mylar isn't supposed to get wet after my purchase. However my mylar has not gone bad yet...
Can you put a sheet of clear plastic over mylar?
