Those spots appear to be fungal or bacterial infections.

I re-potted this Den. a few weeks ago. The new cane appears normal and the other older cane is also going thru the normal leaf drop. I can't say it's sunburn because it's currently in my living room.![]()

No, and I make sure the leaves don't get wet when I water them. Can I spray the leaves with Physan 20? I don't have any fungicide.

Physan is fine. That is definitely fungal.
I think it needs a good spraying to make sure it doesn't spread.

Is there any air movement around the plant, as stagnant air can also cause fungal problems.
It might even be a better idea to remove the infected leaves and then spray the plant to ensure there is no further infection as a few leaves lost is better than the whole plant.

Good luck with this one...the pathologic experts have all chimed in already, so you know what you have on your hands. Get the fungal buggers!!
