Thread: a ground orchid. can somebody help identify this?

    Default a ground orchid. can somebody help identify this?

    From NUEVA VISCAYA, carries up to 5 3-5in flowers. not sure what species it belongs to. This one is very hardy.

    Jade.....I think it looks like Acanthephippium ...Its a beautiful flower.

    It's an interesting looking ground orchid. I have about three with none of them looking anything like yours. A neighbore of mine has something that looks like a giant ground orchid growing in her yard....some day I need to stop and ask her what it is.

    And also have the other one which is mostly yellow.
