I just found out this morning that 1and1, our hosting ISP, was severely screwing things up: our orders and emails were getting lost left and right, and the secure portion of our website was inaccessible half the time. As you can imagine, this has been impacting us in a very bad way.
I've moved everything over to a new server with a different provider, but, because backup files over this past week were all corrupted from the old place, we've lost everything that was newer than Oct. 19.
I'm really sorry about all this. You can bet I was furious when I found out what had been going on, and I would never have known had a customer not called this morning, wondering why we hadn't responded to several messages.
I hope nobody lost anything too important in their PMs; if you did, please accept my sincerest apologies.
If you're reading this, the website has been reopened on the new server, and emails and orders should now go through without a hitch.
