My poor sundew

I did not repot upon receipt. Should I have? The pot is 2 inches.

I have not added fertilizer or 'force fed' the plant. Actually, I've seen two fungus gnats crawling on the plant, but they were not trapped. The plant is not sticky.

I wish it would be just going dormant, but it looks like it's dying.

I hope it is not dying, but my Sundews do not go dormant , I think the Venus Fly Trap does ? I lost one of the cube kids before I started putting holes in the cube bottom .
The others out grew the cube of death and were re potted just lifted out and put in a larger pot with new Spag added . Gin
