Default Orchid blooms at the LA Arboretum

Here's a few blooms I snapped at the LA Arboretum and Botanic Garden. The vanda has a very nice fragrance. I can't reach to smell the 2nd and 3rd as it is hanging up. I don't believe they have tags or maybe I just didn't look for them.

No, I didn't get any of the names, if they have tags they're probably buried somewhere as I didn't see any of them.

I have noticed in a few botanical gardens now have numbers near the different plants and a chart or list with all the names. They make it hard to see so that the display seems as natural as possible. Or maybe they do it to keep nosy people like me from reaching into the display to look at the tags. LOL.

Anyway, thanks again for the great shots!

    Cheers,
    BD
