    Default Dend keeps flowering

Hi all! Hope everyone is doing fine...

I need to bother you guys again for another question. I have this den NOID that keeps flowering. I mean its been flowering since june. Don't get me wrong I love the flowers but I've read that they only flower once and some hybrids twice I'm concerned about the well being of my orchid. It has a keike too on the top of one cane.

sorry for the stupid question but I'm concerned cause I haven't seen a new growth for a long time...

    thanks

It is a dendrobium? Some of those hybrids ARE eternally blooming in tropical climates such as Puerto Rico. The hard cane dends bloom their socks off in Hawaii!

    Clint nailed it.

You can always cut off the spike and force the plant to put its energy into roots and new growth.

Elissa, post a photo and maybe they can say more about it. Long blossom life is one of the reasons I like Den. phal's.
