    Default Paphiopedilum hennisianum X Paphiopedilum fowliei

    Hi all,

    Well, the bud on my Paph hennisianum X fowliei cross has opened, so thought I'd post some photos of the bloom.

    This is a primary hybrid and it surprises me that it's still unnamed, as I'd have thought most primary hybrids would have been named.

    Wonderful... the best from both the parents. love the red line through the centre of the petals and the gorgeous marking on the dorsal!
