    - Most phalaenopsis gigantea hybrids have flowers with spectacular and striking spotting on them and are very desirable.

    Phalaenopsis Natasha = (P. gigantea x P Samba) > I. Dobkin (I. Dobkin) > 01-01-1971
    Phalaenopsis Samba = (P. Star of Rio x P. amboinensis ) > W.J. Sanders (Bracey) > 01-01-1963
    Phalaenopsis Star of Rio = (P. Bataan x P. lueddemanniana ) > Morgenstern (Burgeff) > 01-01-1956
    Phalaenopsis Bataan = (P. amabilis x P. aphrodite ) > Rapella (Rapella) > 01-01-1943
