    Helps please i don't know why the leaf falling off ?

    Yes, that would help. Also, did you check the roots yet? It might be from root stress.

    I'm just taking a stab in the dark, but are those older leaves? I've been told that older leaves would fall off. The roots look fine to me, and the plant appears healthy and happy.

    Maybe crown rot? Did the leaves yellow and fall off suddenly (within a few days)?

    However, at least for the leaf that fell off on the left side of the picture, it looks like the spike may have grown through the leaf and caused it to drop. This happened to one of my phals and the plant is fine.

    Thanks Anne I hope so. Yes Stacey, it suddenly fall off, I look over and over again and the plant look fine to me, maybe older leaves just fall off or could be like stacey story. Thankyou for everyone helps...

    Darren, I would repot the plant and check the roots. Clean all the moss from it and pot it in bark. The leaves doesnt look like old.

    I agree, especially because it wasn't the oldest leaves that dropped.

    Any change in the other remaining leaves, Darren?

    But the plant still have some bloom, should I cut it a half of the spike and repot?
