Very nice! Those put on quite a show, especially when they're as big as that!

My mom can never get hers to bloom...know the trick? I mean we leave it outside here at the beach during summer and bring it in for winter. Does there need to be a cold shock or does it just bloom and my mom bought a dud

I keep mine in an un-heated bedroom so it does get pretty chilly in there(probably low 50,s to high 40,s) @ times.I have heard also that keeping them dark for extending periods can force them into flowering but never tried it.
I water & feed it similar to my 'chids but i don,t water so often except in the middle of summer when it gets fed & watered every week.
