Hello,
I am so happy! My favorite phal I have right now (gold tris), which has been blooming fully for MANY months, now has 3 roots of varying length on its very well-developed keiki, which started forming just before the blooms. Most of the blooms are falling of this week (last will probably have dropped off today).
Wonder when I should sever the keiki and transplant??
Laura
Hi Laura, Congratulations! First off, do you have a photo of the orchid with Keiki? It would help to see it. You don't want to remove it before it is ready. It *sounds* ready from your description, but it would be easier to answer your question with a photo for reference.
Cheers,
BD
