Can you guess the identity of this plant?

Anyone would like to venture a guess?Of course I know what it is. This is just a game. Clues: A terrestrial Philippine species. Photo taken earlier today.

Since there is nothing to indicate size of buds etc. I'll start with a guess of it being a Calanthe.

Actually, I kind of liked Carrie's answer, since I don't have a clue, and I figure if it was a Thuni alba, she'd recognize it.

My guess is Dendrobium amethystoglossum or Phaius flavus. This is a toughy though--are you sure you can't give us a picture of the leaves? Just kidding--your way is more fun.

Well, my guess would be: Cephalantheropsis or Coelogyne. I'm not sure how specific we're supposed to be. This should be fun. Goodluck to everyone!
