mix all the ingredients together, except for toppings
spread onto a greased baking sheet (9x13) and bake 20 - 25 min at 350 until the surface is firm.
oil top of crust and place under the broiler for 5 min.
Top with your favorite toppings (tomato sauce, roasted red peppers, green olives, capers, onions, fresh garlic and plenty of cheese is one of my favorite combos) Bake 25 min at 350.
cut into squares and serve with a green salad.

I made this last week...should have taken a pic. Any topping combo works..Cajun shrimp, eggplant and ricotta, or traditional toppings
